I do not know much about skinning. I would try to highlight some areas of the car where the light would be reflected if the car glossy.
This could be done by going over these edges with the spray gun tool in lighter and quite transparent colour than the base colour.

its better , but still not glossy looking finish I imagined (hood and fenders)
But its only fun/learn project for me . Thanks Joe I will do some research on making glossy surface

don't worry about it , like u said its not visible in game anyway.. just for my personal liking no 2 looks closer to what I had in mind.
