I did update the 1.xml file... but it may have been missed.
The M3 AA SPGs should stop to set up before firing. The best way is to entrench them in strategic locations... they will set up and be ready to fire. The trade of is the AA guns will not fire on infantry unless they enter the fire zone. They will not fire on the move. When you move them... then they stop... they automatically setup and ready the guns.
