I was hinking neutral mines would be much more fun in the multiplayer aspect of the game, not so much in single. Imagine neutral mines in Mission Kursk. AI launches a counter attack, you just leave your PC to go take a dump, and return to see the AI has taken care of itself, no worries at all.
Yeah, not very fun.

I kind of want to leave the mines as is. I just "assume" that the AI or me have a "map" of the fields and know where the mines are, therefore I and the AI can transit them.

@herr Kodax: Am I to understand that you were explaining the DUMP DEFENSE? Atlass: No real decision has been reached on the way to handle mines yet. We are still gathering opinions and ideas. What you and others think is going to be considered very carefully. In the end, it may be one of those things we discuss, but do not end up changing. Of course, given that this discussion explains the way it could be done... does not prevent a mapper from actually doing it... That would be a surprise if this does not become a new standard. MP
