UPDATE: Ok... the two young'ens gave up the name of the guy that did the re-design for CIV V. None were sold according to PAYPAL. I was given access to their account to verify, by one of them. None were downloaded. They have begged forgiveness and say they will go away and behave better in the future. Ages were 14 and 16, and once Daddy's got involved, their tunes changed. Funny how that works sometimes. I'm focusing on the guy in the Cinfanantics Community that we have now marked if he does not answer emails. We still don't know if he has plans to move forward with the models but we have not seen them on his page. But we do know he knows what kind of crap he has caused. So he may be lying low for the moment. He is around 21 or 22, our best guess right now; old enough to know better. We have extended the complaint to include him since have learned his name and location. So at least the issue has been checked and stopped in its tracks. I am reserving the right to withdraw the complaints after we are completely sure this issue is over. So I'm in a much better mood today after several days off and jumping back into it this morning. According to the 'kids', they have been members at both game sites and asked Person #3 if he could convert the models. So they have admitted they started it. But by Person #3 agreeing, he was the one that actually violated the copyright. We have demanded they destroy all the models they have, and the parents to sign an affidavit to that effect. **** My treatment today went pretty good compared to the last two. They made some adjustments in the meds and reduced the amount of time I was rolled into the fetal position. So as far as I am concerned... it is back to business as usual. As long as members and players across the gaming spectrum alert the artist of these kind of issues, I do think we can reduce this crap. But in this case, I discovered it accidentally from their discussion on a Public Server in Chat. Not the best display of brilliance I have seen. like greoge s patton said "A good solution applied with vigor now is better than a perfect solution applied ten minutes later."

lol... well if i had not caught them discussing it, it might have been weeks before I found out and real damage would have been done.
I meant to post before that my EULA will still be updated, but that should not be an issue for all you honest guys...
And Thank you to all of you that voiced your opinion on the subject.

Major Pain Thanks for your kind words. And I'm glad of seeing him again in better health status, which is the main thing from all. The other hand I think you are a sensitive person, I understand you is angry with those boys, minors. We all been mischievous of small unconsciously. The difference nowadays is that the younger ones have very sophisticated and high technology tools and more dangerous for them is internet. If they have repented and their parents took sides in the solution, in my opinion I think they should have a second chance and that this time to them will serve as a warning. The 22 year old is too big, and you should you make the best solution for you, because if the level of crime is very low, the penalty so will be, and possibly your attorney fees may be higher than what imposed by the sanction. But you always have the last word on this matter. A hug friend.

So far I have a Attorney on retainer in Germany, and that's it. I've let WIPO handle the rest. So far they have only done a cursory audit of the models in question and appear to agree with me. But because of the ages, there isn't much appetite for these children without involving the parents... meaning the parents would be on the hook for the children's action.
The 22 year old is another matter. My attorney is still trying to determine if he is in Russia or Belarus, we have found him in both. No matter, he has been shut down and several of my associates on multiple sites are looking for other hints. Since he is not a member here... at least that we know of, he has been tougher to track. The name is somewhat common for the region.
The other two unknown guys were not members here and we don't know if there is any direct connection to the kids here. They tell us they didn't know them at all, but who knows... you know how it is during cya.
But this should be a wake up call for many of us that produce stuff... There are some people who will take what they want from you as they act like your friend. Others don't even have to know you, but they will steal without blinking. It is pretty disgusting that stuff like this happens at all. But a couple of kids with the world at their fingertips is a bad recipe for disaster...
I'm sorry to take so much time on this but I think this is an object lesson on how life works.

Major, did you ever try to make a bunker with a tank turret and if not could you be persuaded to make something like this ? Compared to the models you make, this seems simple, especially if you already have the model of the turret. The model below is taken from Panzerkrieg.

Sure I can make those... and have often thought I'd build a Series for them. The Germans used turrets from captured tanks, as well as some of their obsolete models that were converted to prime movers or ammunition carriers. I can also create fixed AA guns with a bunker... or in a pit... just takes some imagination and will to do it.
Make a list of what you'd like to see and send me a PM... we can collect the stuff and go from there...
Other members can join in on this project... but send suggestions in PM...
Pictures would be helpful but send those to my email... they print better that way...
Great idea Quin...
maybe we need to make them capturable too....

I wanted to mention Quinns idea for long time. Also what do think about boobie traps for infantry..and I don't mean mines.

It actually would be possible to add camouflage to the turrets. Without a hull and tracks, the weight is far less so there is some room to do some things...
Booby Traps... That would require a new object type. I'd have to do some testing. However, off the top of my head, you could add an effect to any kind of object which included a weapon 'charge' of some kind. Doesn't have to be a mine, but you do want some kind of explosion. Area 1 would be the guy that tripped the trap... with perhaps a small radius around him. Area 2 would be the area that shrapnel might fly outward and effect other squad members.
Give me some more info and details and let me see what I can come up with... If anyone wishes to try their hand on this... please join in...

I don't have any particular trap in mind but let say that squad comes within radius it activates flame thrower or ball of fire.. or maybe smoke that alerts enemy. I have even seen hidden electric discharge that knocked out infantry in one mod I wont mention here

Pz IV update: Ok, no secret that a few changes are underway for the PzIV Series. I'd like to say that this project is much like a work in progress but at some point I must arrive at a cut-off point and finalize it. So latest Changes are based on Collaboration with gagarin on suggestions and further research done by me. PzIV Ausf A; New Hull. The Turret Deck was wider than all other PzIVs, extending over the width of the fenders This unique model was upgraded to several other Standards as it was improved, as long as they remained in service; C, D, E and F1. There was great confusion when the A was mistaken for the D or E models, with improved armor. None survived the war. PzIV Ausf B/C: These models - no changes. PzIV Ausf D: No changes PzIV Ausf E: No Changes; last of the recessed hull front. PzIV Ausf F1: Additional of fuel can cradle / Turret side doors now split doors. PzIV Ausf F2 - J: many changes - New exhaust system with filtration and water separator. Fuel Can cradle on left fender, new Bow MG Shield, new Spare Wheel Cradle on right fender. Antenna moved from right mid hull to left rear hull. Command tanks add Antenna Right rear and Turret top left. PzIV Ausf G3-J: Turret Cupola new single piece hatch. Sample showing the Ausf H I am preparing overlays that include only the new parts. 99% of the original texture is the same, 100% without new parts. New parts occupy areas in original texture previously unused... except the spare cradle. Slight change to part means upgrade to UV. The production history of the PzIV included many ideas that were incorporated into the PzV Panthers. Natural evolution of increased armor and up-gunning can be seen between the F1 to H Models more drastically than earlier models. In a short period, main guns were improved from the 75mm L24 on the Ausf A through F1, the 75mm L43 on the F2 through G2, and the 75mm L48 on the G3 through the J. Production ended with the Ausf J where many of the incorporated updates were removed to save material and construction time. The J was more of an expedient model to replace heavy losses. The so-called Ausf K had been planned which upgunned the PzIV to the 75mm L70 Gun, using the PzV Panther Turret. The model failed testing and clearly marked the end of the PzIV Series. The PzIV had reached the limits of weight and weapon limits.

Perfect.
I probably missed it, but will there be variations regarding the skirts on the models?
What I mean is some models will have missing skirts while others will have entire skirts on them?

Yes...
Model IDs _1 = all skirts _2 = missing some skirts _3 = no skirts, rail mounts remain _4 = Command full skirts
The turret skirt did not change and only had small gates in line with the turret side doors. I have not changed this part on the F2_3 through J because it is a single part on the model. To remove the gates would cause another change to the model, but if there is enough support for this, I could perhaps add the _5 version for Ausf G and J.
The side skirts will vary somewhat between models. Some will be missing center or end panels. Other models may only be missing a single panel on one or both sides.
