So, news for all Kurskers... The Unofficial Iron Frost 3.0 patch is released! www.file-upload.net/download-4308594/Unofficial-IF-3.0-Patch.pak.htmlTo get this running you'll need an Installation of Mission Kursk, as well as the "Iron Frost Mod" 1.0 - 2.2. There is no map included in the download (!), it just adds a lot of stuff to the mod and get's rid of some lil bugs. But maps may be in the works I heard... ;D And of course, IF3.0 is completely backwards compatible. I'm just replaying Frostis old Kovel '44 chapter and there are absolutely no problems to report with the new patch installed. Anyone who has the "fighters-patch" inside his installation may delete it, as the same changes are part of IF 3.0 as well. Greetz from northern Germany.

@ Heerwitmann
Are you hitting the correct download button as it needs to be the small one just to the right of centre just above the words "Tipp:Kredite und mehr!"
I've just hit that and it is downloading the patch correctly
Thanks Gott for all your hard work to create the patch....I am looking forward to trying it out
Regards

I'm back! I dug out my Blitzkrieg discs in April and started hunting for some of my old stuff since I'd lost everything when the cat knocked my backup drive off a table. I was pleased to find virtually everything I'd ever done up at one place or another.
Three weeks ago I was watching the Golan Heights episode of Greatest Tank Battles on Netflix. I started to realize that there were models out there for virtually everything Israel and Syria used in the Yom Kippur and the 6 Day War. I started working on a Golan Heights mod covering 1967 to 1982. There's three parties, Israel, Syria and the United Nations. There's also a small PLA contingent.
It's nice to see so many of the old gang still around! I have Fibromyalgia and can't work anymore so I have lots of time on my hands and nothing to do. You can only watch so much TV before your mind turns to mush....

Could you upload some images from that Mod, please? Glad to see you back.

I'm re-skinning all of the Israeli units. I will when I'm done Here's a map I did in April for the game 'World War I' It's up on Blitzkrieg Map Shop. (Karl Boltz gave me room up there after I started sending him a few old things I'd found.) I created a unofficial patch that's up there, it allows the mapeditor to work on World War I and fixes a couple of annoying bugs.

Screenshot from Golan Heights Mod 1.0 From "A World of Hurt 1973." Israeli Centurians finishing off some T-62's while being hit from rocket fire from a Syrian Grad BM-21 MLRS. My idea of the Golan Heights terrain was inspired by Leon's East Africa Mod. UN Peacekeeping Troops circa 1975. Norwegian Infantry with proper voices courtesy of Joseph_porta.
