Thanks Folgore for the translations. I hope you get a 7.77 translation out. I was going to try my hand at it this fall. It's not hard, just time consuming.

Estlander, what exactly would you like to translate?

I'm trying to make sense of 7.77 German Sevastopol mission. I have Folgore's 7.00 and 7.50 English patch installed.

Do you get English mission descriptions or are these still in Russian ? Sometimes the English translation does not make sense because it is Google translation.
If the mission description is still in Russian then you need to find the mission in one of the pak files of GZM 7.77. The path is Scenariomissions/German/MissionName/.. There you should find the txt files file containing mission header and mission descriptions. These are the files that need to be translated. I'll also check if I can locate the Sebastopol mission.

Quite true indeed even if it's not a Google translation. I used another software. If memory serves the Spanish tranlsation has been made manually so it could be a good base to improve the English one where it lacks

Yeah it's that mission.
Everything should be okay. IF I remember correctly this mission is simply not covered by 7.50 English translation patch. and that map has been updated in 7.77. That's why I'm gathering information how to translate this myself. Sevastopol is pure Russian, other German missions up to that are English.
How does one open those pesky Pak files?

Rename them .zip and open them with 7zip or any other program that manages .zip files

That's simple. A pak file is in fakt a zip file. So you can open these files using a file archiving utility as 7-zipYou can change the extention pak to zip first but this shuld not be necessary. If this does not work then Here you have the text files of the Sevastopol missions in a zip file.

I'm too slow again . If the missions are translated it would be good to add them to Folgore's translation.

I'll try to translate them as properly as it can be done. Only question now is where should I put them after that?
They should be in 7.77 pak files right? There are 4 7.77 pak files in my data folder.
EDIT: Does the font size matter or is there anything else I should be mindful of?

It would be better to put them in the pak file containing the translations GZMV70All_Inclusive_English I do not think this will be a problem for Folgore. You could also replace the files in the GZM_patch_7.77.P3.pak file under \ScenarioMissions\German\sewastopol1942\ Have fun with the translation
