I know not what course others may take. As for me, give me liberty or give me death.

Everything is so much smaller than BK. I do like the boats very much.

That is much better-got old eyes.
The reviews were not all that great and like us with BK, the SS crowd seems to prefer SS1 or SS2 it appears.
Is there enough of a following to make mods and mission to balance out the price. I thought I had read that the Dev team was waiting to see the reaction to the release before they invested too much effort into improvements, missions ect.
The Dunkirk thing was the only new item so far.
This might be a "maybe" purchase for me when the price is down and there really is a lot more to the game then what it offers today.
I got enough BK stuff to hold me for a while still-even with some replays.
Thanks for the film Grot-love the boats!!

Nice. I think that part of the success of BK is the fact that it's easy (relatively) to mod. Making a building in BK is 2D word, in SS4 buildings would have to be created in 3D.

SS4 is basically vanilla BK in 3D

Basically? I haven't played it and trust your judgement as an experienced player, however I expect it to be a lot more difficult to mod.

unity3d editor for SS4 is pain to grasp .. so I've read of course I expect its much more difficult to mod than BK..but some might like the challenge

yea , I've seen some YTube tutorials for SS4 map making and omg its slow and painstaking process..maybe that's why I dont see any custom maps being made . Anyway back to BK which I wont learn to mod either

I like this. It might be a detail but it adds to the realism. I never understood what not all custom made models have rolling wheels. Of course it's again something to reckon with when making the skin. As all wheels are exactly the same you can get a sort of hypnotizing effect when the vehicle moves.

How is it done? The weels movement? Can we do this for all models?

As far as I understand it the animation of wheels in BKI is possible if the animation has been taken into account into the design of the 3D model and used in combination with an updated anim.dll I do not think its possible to convert existing units so that that they have animated wheels.

VO if you replace original gamett.dll with CSLA one than your trucks and arty pieces will have rolling wheels , I found T-34 working wheels in GZM but why and how ? no Idea. Kevin should know. I can send you .dll and gzm t-34 for testing if you want .. most trucks/arty work well in any BK version but not tanks.

Nowhere to date normal texture this model anti-aircraft guns. Guns in Blitzkrieg have painted with a very detailed detail - such rule.
