" The Crusader Project" This site is worth a visit ! Quote taken from the blog: About the project "The aim of this blog is to accompany the preparation of a complete history incorporating the Axis and Commonwealth perspectives of the Winterschlacht (Winter Battle) in North Africa, November 1941 to February 1942. The battle was known as "Operation Crusader" to the British, the 2nd (British) Offensive to the Italians, and as the 'Winterschlacht' (winter battle) to the Germans."

Everything you ever wanted to know about the German Africa Corps. (DAK) The site is in German but even for those who do not speak German it is still worth the visit. www.afrika-korps.de/Another great resource for those interested in the DAK. deutsches-afrikakorps.blogspot.be/If you are using Google Chrome... you can translate the language to one of around 15 supported primary languages. English is the number 1 language and easily converts German to English. I have tested this with French, Italian and Spanish (as the computer's default language) which appear to work well. Most newer Computers (and Chrome version) will ask you in a prompt if you wish to translate. If the prompt does not pop up, then right click on the page or on specific text and <SELECT> [Translate] from the menu, to translate to English or your default language. Very nice link Quin... If you keep this up I will have to appoint you our RLG....(Resource Logistic Guy). This of course means you would be known as the proverbial expert on all Military Resources Sites and Documents... We all know how this high appointment is very important to our cause and is sought far and wide by some of the military elitist. I just fired the last guy... an Admiral in the US Navy who got drunk at a Conference and Party, followed by removing all of his clothes and walking around nude in the hotel. Not a good way to retire from the Navy...
