i never had problems with the videos used as background in the main menu section, anyway PZW, MKIF3.2 and GZM are the only which have them, and for the first two is the same movie.
bink software make all alone .. you've just to create your video.
about your screenshoots i hAVE to wait next week, when my internet bundle will allow me to watch them.

I dowloaded some videos in you tube, converted in AVI first, and converted in BIK later. I could run it using Rad, but I cant make it run in the game, there is any especification to make it run in the game? Like size, resolution, etc?

I used this software to convert the movies, they run well in the software, but they simple dont run in the game.

I have no experience with video's so i'm not 100% sure, but in the MainMenu.xml are sections, for campaign + chapter, with path reference to file (obviously) and video dimensions (i guess this is what you need).

The Bik file used for the smoke in the standard BK menu screen has a resolution of 368 x 338. My advice would be to start with this resolution just to check if the codec is OK.
The intro movies have a resolution 640 x 320. If the resolution is set too high then the movie will not play in the interface.

bb : I did a simple test with converting an .mp4 file to the .bik format using "RAD Video tools". I just used the default settings. After the conversion I replaced the Smoke1.bik file with this new .bik file and can confirm that the movie plays in the main menu. Now I think that you will have to edit the mainMenu.xml file set the position and size of the video that you want to play. Just open the file and search for "smoke1.bik" see below: <!--smoke1--> <BinkFile>movies\interface\smoke1</BinkFile> <WindowPos y="113" x="0"/>
<WindowSize y="336" x="368"/>
The WindowSize shoud be the same as the resolution of the .bik movie. I guess max size should not exceed the maximum size of the UI (1024 x 768) The variables for the WindowsPos can be changed. The sum of the values x of the WindowPos x and WindowSize x must be less than the maximum size of the UI. (This also goes for the y values) I hope this helps you on your way.
