Map Editor 1.3 VS 1.4

Hello does anybody have the "Changelog" from 1.4 Version of the Blitzkrieg Map Editor? Where can i download 1.4?

And the most importent:

Do you ever noticed issues with Maps made by 1.4 compared to 1.3(standard)? especially in Multiplayer Maps? BK is very sensitive in MP.

Here you go - this should be 1.4 version

The only difference I've ever noticed, is that in this version I can select planes from mods, which was a problem in 1.3.
