I made a level and did the lua part, but i have no arrows and the objectives are just called Unknown Objective. So i followed a guide and finished the 1.xml file and saved it in scenarios/custom/(my level name) but the thing is this: objectives are still unknown and there are no arrows on the map. Do i have to link it somehow or did i miss something?

Hi draske, Did you included everything in PAK file and place in the DATA folder? What can do take any PAK of single playing map. Add your map in map folder and delete original map. Likewise and scenario\custom\{yourName}\1.xml file and rest of the stuff that needs to be their which you specify in the 1.xml (header etc.). Delete the map \{old name}\. Now it should work.

so um is there a quick explanation on how to do it or? Hi draske , Is there any chance you could upload your map here so we can take a look at the folder structure? If there are any concerns regarding your personal copyright or so then maybe posting some screenshots of the folder structure would turn out to be helpful to us in order to help you. On the .pak files, assuming you have zipped files before using a program such as WinRar, select the folders to be compressed, then open WinRAR and select the ".zip" as the Archive format. Finally, before you press the "compress" button rewrite the file extension from .zip to .pak in the Archive name field. If you haven't used WinRAR before jump to minute 3:00 of this video to see how a .rar compression is performed www.youtube.com/watch?v=WRRQZUAuwQ4WinRar can be downloaded from here: www.winrar.es/descargasRegards, Kevin

Downloaded. I found a couple of mistakes in the .xml file. Let me check that, test it and then I'll come back to you.

draske , here it is: www.sendspace.com/file/e3f03eIt works for me now. There were several mistakes: -I created a folder name "testest" inside the "missions" folder and dragged your files there. -I modified your .xml file. While the entries for the objectives were right, the .xml file itself lacked of the proper headers and tags so its structure was wrong on the whole. Take a look at it. -I saved your .txt files as UTF-16 LE instead of UTF-8. Otherwise, squares were displayed instead of letters. Regards, Kevin

That's weird... Are you saving properly? Did you change the first objective and not the second one? It works for me (as you can see, I have put the arrow in a different position):
