[glow=red,2,300]GPW Version 2 changes:[/glow] * 13 New mapsThese cover, along with the operations present in the original campaign, the battles surrounding and including the liberation of Kiev in 1943, the Defense of Volokolamsk, 1941, the Moscow Counteroffensive, and training maneuvers in 1938. Total map count is now 36. Aso included are 5 custom missions. *GPWv1 Revisions All missions have been reworked for enhanced, and sometimes simplified, gameplay. All known bugs of the original campaign have been fixed, and less popular and/or enjoyable missions removed. *New Ranges Updated sight and direct fire ranges for increased realism, mostly for mid-war and late- war units. Rifle ranges have also been increased substantially. These greatly enhance the gameplay while not disbalanging the campaign's maps, or any other maps played with this campaign. *New Infantry Updated Hit points for infantry to make them much more meaningful. *New Effects Many new effects, many made by Ilyaka, and mostly cover destruction of buildings and objects. *New objects, Buildings, and Units. These include several importaint units not encountered in the original campaign, such as the B3 203mm heavy howitzer and the T-34/57. New buildings, mostly made by Ilyaka, include new European structires and Soviet political buildings with accompanying sounds. *Compatiability: Maps made for the original campaign are compatible with this version, but not vice versa. Also, the campaign has been specially designed so that its effects, skins, and gameplay changes cn be employed on maps made for regular BK while not disbalancing them. =========== [glow=red,2,300]DOWNLOADS:[/glow] Campaign download- includes movies and music (176MB): www.mediafire.com/?gtzm0jymemzFor those of you playing on Rolling Thunder or Burning Horizon, you can download this ZIP file, extract the SAV file in it into your run/saves folder, and then load the game save called "GPWv2_Mission2_Start". www.mediafire.com/?nnitgmo2mtnRussian Language Patch (credit to Moskvich and Kirge): www.mediafire.com/?nz1zzhzz0jmQuestions, comments, nd screens are welcome.

That's good, any chance to release a separate patch with just the new maps? BB

As just single missions? Don't know. I'm working on NAM right now, and that is in a really rough shape (problems with core units again). Also, I wanted people to replay the campaign with the new changes, particularly ranges and gameplay. With 1/3 of the maps being new and with new contexts, I think it will make a nice refresher.

Did the mission just freeze once or every time? Heavy Arty: no, cause that would really disbalance the gameplay.

heres the catch sir. i played it once.. i thought it was some kind of error. but i retried the mission... everytime the train goes out again.. it hangs up.. so I think it froze by the time the train FROM the station comes out..

Well, trains can cause some problems: meaby there is an object on the railway or you didnt give the script number to the troops loaded by the train.

Hmm... I played it once and got a crash, played it again and everything was fine. Try to move the train out as soon as prompted to, that's what I did when it ran fine. Will fix this in a patch (I think I'll just do it by scripting; deletereinforcement and landReinforcement don't seem to work well on trains...)
If anyone else has this problem, please let me know.

Never heard of crashes on the second mission... may be computer-specific...
