I wonder, how are we regarding which of these great units will be present in BKR? Just from the Shermans, I think the M4A2(75) Early, and M4A3(76), and M4A3(75)Dozer, the M4A3(75)Sandbag, and the M32 would be very great o have.

Thanks guys... Squire: All of the Shermans share the same UV, with some differences between the hull and turret variants. When I use a part from the library, it automatically places it into the UV map. Once the model is completed, I build the UV Map (1.tga) then Export the model (1.mod). This way, you can copy parts of previously existing maps to the new one, which just takes minutes. Only new parts need to be textured on the new map. Once the new part is and the UV Map for that unit is finished, then I keep a copy of that part in a library along with the part. It makes it faster to locate what I need. Here is the UV Map for the M4A3(75) with Rhino and Sandbags. The blank areas are reserved for other parts, like the (turret) commander, right under the hatch. There is a predefined hatch or cupola location, some tank used both; they are made to be open or closed. The lower right is reserved for other add-ons like the dozer blade or the boom on the M32. You can see the sandbags and the rhino. I had to work out what parts might be added to a tank so they would not overlap or share UV area. The file is about 1mb (512x512). I have tested it at 256x256 but a little detail is lost.

I would be honored if you used it. The Beta Tester found a minor issue with it. I'm trying to resolve it and should have it done quick. The MGunner wasn't rotating on top. I believe I assigned the wrong locator or turret for it.
I gave it Engineer (rebuild) Parameters. I assigned it a TRN_TRACTOR, much like the M5. It tows guns correctly and deploys them as well. I did not give it resupply or carry soldiers. I think it should be a recovery (engineering) tank and that is all.
Update... I built a special kind of tank that can be towed. It is a bit rough, but it works. The towed tank cannot move on its own. It simulates a tank with broken tracks or transmission issue. This will have limited playability since not everyone would want a gimpy tank that can't move on its own. But it would be kind of cool to see a tank recovered, towed back to the Field Shop, then rebuilt into a battle ready tank. Of course, a special script would be needed to handle the replacement tank. (Pull the damaged one into a building and let the script replace it and move it out.)

Imagine a damaged tank on the narrow road and you have to move it to pass. Operation Market Garden?

@mp: The damaged tank is very interesting... A screen, perhaps?

OK... Screen Shot... Just a sample of some of the models I have built. The M32 seems to work fine now. The Disabled Tank is shown "in tow" in three places including just completing hitched in the ditch. It looked better to pull the tank backwards rather than barrel first. You will notice the tow bar on the back. I used a M4(75) Early Model as the base for the Disabled Tank while I was figuring out the code. I guess I could have beat it up a little.

The M32 repair tank looks absolutely amazing. I remember someone mentioned Bergepanzer Tiger moving damaged tanks. . Well, would second that. Having a Bergepanzer Tiger would be great. (quite often forced to improvise there were also used 3 prime movers in a row to tow a disabled tiger- would be a nice gimmick to have. ;D)
