Which would be the currently recommended version of GZM-7?

GZM-7.50.1 : latest stable version?

Short answer: yes.

Long answer: 7.50.1 is more stable then 7.77.3. - from my experience and when it comes to custom missions/chapters. However there are some things that are different and important and which are not directly related to stability. 

Namely, 7.77.3 aside from adding new units, also included a rebalance of infantry units. This is not noticeable without playing both versions. In 7.50.1 infantry is somewhat stronger then 7.77.3. Can easily be seen when playing older missions with new version.

7.50.1 currently has less custom content than 7.77.3. In fact except Ecan's Stalingrad front chapter (great chapter, a must have) there are few 7.50.1 custom mission available. For 7.77.3 there are more missions but like I said before they are somewhat less stable. 

Besides you can always try both, and easily revert to older or upgrade to new version.

Hi, i have downloaded the files from Scyooff and i could unzip this files without problems but if i install the basic 7.00 a message occurs "file GZM7.cab are corrupt"  
The file habe circa 180 Mb, can somebody upload this file separate?

Other question: Can i use Blitzkrieg Anthology for this mod too?

Regarding other question: yes you can install it on BK-Anthology. However make sure to install it in BK folder of the Anthology not BH-RT (because it doesn't work with BK).

Ok, i got the V7.00 from the russian website.

Other problem: I put the GZM_7_EnglishTrans_by_Folgore_and_Ocelo.pak + GZM_7.50_En_Patch1Ocelo.pak in the /data but if i start the allied mission i see only boxes rather than letters?! Russian and german missions are ok.


P.S. The english translation files blitzsrbija.proboards.com/thread/915/gzm-7-english-translation?page=1  solved this problem.

It's because of the encoding. You can't see cyrillic letters on your PC. There are several solutions to the problem, but since it seems that mission is not translated you'll have to play it blind.  

You can try to cheat the mission to see if others have the same problem.

Sorry for late reply schrad i see that you was able to have it from Blitzunion, but i think to the next guy who will try to download the mod here so when it is said to you that a file is corrupted, 99% of the time it's because one part isn't complete (your web browser show you that the file is complete but it's not the fact in reality, check the size with the windows explorer).

Hi Scyooff, i was to hasty and delete the download files because i could unzip the files without problems. So i have to load the complete thing anyway...


It is possible to skip a mission in the gzm-campaign?

Random missions can be skipped (those in yellowish color). Historical mission can't (bronze color). This is of course assuming you don't use cheats to win maps.

Need help just a few  quick question do I need patch 7.50 or can I just install patch 7.77? Also I used the link but when I unpack the files it comes up with a message this could not open archive may be damaged.

No, you just need the 7.77 patch. My GZM 7.77.3 beta.rar patch have 1.946.883 kb
