Well here are the screens I have so far from my Manila map. Please note that most of it is unfinished, and a huge amout of adjustments have yet to be made to the parts which are already completed. CUSTOMS BUILDING IN TOP-LEFT SOUTHERN PORT: [part of] NORTHERN PORT: OLD BILIBID PRISON: NORTHERN RESIDENTIAL SECTOR LAYOUT: OTHERS: FORT MCKINLEY: AREA AROUND FORT: Map: The Battle of Manila Type: Historical, Urban combat Size: 22x22 USA vs IJN Year: 1944-45 Mod: GZM 7.50.1 with expansion (links below) Comments: thanks to kellyshero for testing Description: Manila saw the most fierce urban combat in the Pacific theater, aside from, perhaps (and if included) the battle of Shanghi in 1937, which rivaled in intensity many urban battles of the Eastern Front. Map based on historical progression of the battle, the city layout, and major landmarks. Amazing looking pics and buildings..
This really is awakening my apetite to try this mod!
would it be difficult to make a conversion of lets say a Rolling thunder chapter? Hope the gameplay of this Mod isnt the same as the Vanilla Blitz.?
I think i will give it a go while waiting for the scripts for my Balaton maps for Kursk.

finlander: an original RT chapter (as in part of the game)? Not sure it that's legal. You would also run into some issues on some of the maps, mainly related to unit stats, and especially weapon/sight ranges. They are larger in GZM (like *1.5-2 of original BK), though they are very reasonable and overall an excellent addition. And yes, this map will eventually be released.

Yes, what i meant was that is it possible to convert maps and chapters to this mod, like a map that is made for RT to convert it for GZM. Like i have converted dozen chapters for kursk..thats mi point ..and for question 2. Is there Finnish units in this mod??

Yes it is! Have you tried my map "Salla"? Is played with the Finnish. I would appreciate if you make some convertions to this mod! Definetivelly would be a fantastic job convert Achtung Panzer! or even Manhunter's Smolensk to this mod.

finlander: more Finnish units than in most other mods I've seen. Also, if those RT maps were OK in MK, GZM certainly wouldn't have issues. (May want to check the balance, update/refine them briefly though... or not..) @louis: thanks, it was a while. Need to finish up sometime...

Update on the Battle of Manila map: Much work done: most of it, in fact. Map finished, units placed, and script done. Just a few more texts left, and to figure out how to go about naval units. Otherwise, I'll be looking for a tester with some time in the next few days. Here's an intro: "Command has come up with a daring raid plan to aid our offensive. However, we do not know whether it will work and our ranger team will slip through to their objective. At least, they'll have surprise on their side."

bb: you should either lay the water as a road, or (as I prefer), use invisible bridges, which can be used as lanes for ships to move on, and still preserve the water effects.

BTW, are invisible bridges contained in GZM? where to get it?
