Hi all. My problem is this....I want to land 2 reinforcement groups for player 0 but at 2 different points on the map and at the same time. Also, one of the groups will be using a "gate" that enemy reinforcements previously landed at. Can this be done? Another thought, should they be the same group id or not? Thanks.

I figured it out, thanks anyway.
Sorry, yet another question for you. Can anyone advise me on a way to balance forces? Maybe it's because I already know what I'm up against that I feel it's too easy, but if I add more enemy forces then I doubt that there will be enough troops left for the next objective. At the moment the attack can go either way so maybe it is balanced? Any thoughts?

If you think it is easy because you know what is coming at you, ask another player to test the map for you . He can tell you how hard/easy your map is.

Hi Stanenberg, thanks for your reply. The thing is, I have put together a largish pak containing units, objects and buildings ect over the years, they come from many mod's and versions of bk and I have used this to create the map. I would have to give the map tester this as well, and I dont want to cause any i.p. problems by doing this. Guess it's time to make a new pak/map

there are some clarifications about resources you can and how you can use. just to report (because maybe you go to work in something and you don't know this, risking to work for nothing, or then go to check if you can or not put in your pak).

Hi Ariete, thanks for the advise.
I have decided to restart the map based on the HRA mod, that way I can keep most of the original units ect. I have replaced alot of flora and terrain ect, just wondering what else I have to do to get the map compatible with HRA? I realise that everything on the map must come from the mod or bk, but i'm not sure what (if any) changes I would make to any files in the Maps/Scenarios folders?

It is not necessary to make any changes to the Maps/Scenarios folders. If you load the HRA mod in the map editor then the map you create will be compatible with HRA. but I'm afraid that it will not be possible to just open the map in the map editor if the maps still contains objects from the pak you used to make it. You could keep the layout of your map, open it in the map editor with the HRA mod loaded and then replace missing objects with the objects that are avialable in HRA. If you want I can have a look at you map.

Quintaxel - Thanks, will send you a link at the weekend.
I managed to save most of the map thanks to LouisXIV's XML tips, but it would good to have your opinion on the map. Cheers.
