probably the name of that weapons is incorrect, i mean, it isn't in the \weapons folder check the \weapons folder and verify the correct name to report where you relieved the error (in the xml of the unit)

check in objects or modobject xmls the similars but should be all 'mesh', what's matter ? it's the code of the game

Are the weapon systems of Talvisota compatible in terms of range and armour with BK Vanilla ? The best thing to do, IMO, is to create a Talvisota pak file for objects and units separately so the new installations remains compatible with the bots Talvisota maps and BK, RT maps.

Are the weapon systems of Talvisota compatible in terms of range and armour with BK Vanilla ? The best thing to do, IMO, is to create a Talvisota pak file for objects and units separately so the new installations remains compatible with the bots Talvisota maps and BK, RT maps.
You must make some changes. For example the speed of airplanes you need to change manuel. For example 1 finnland fighter have speed of 110 and bombers 80. On blitzkrieg have fighter 80 and bombers a bit lower.
37mm Bofors anti tank gun have view range 48 and normal every units 30. You must change everything there. But interesting is that the fire range are the same like in BK.

I have a 110% copy of the real files. I do not think the name is incorrect. I used the same as in Talvisota. I have the weapon folder too but Where I need to copy and paste it? Maybe in units? I am not really sure about that.

Interesting, I'm in Poland right now so I don't have access to my version of Talvisota, pity.

I checked out the other files what type of units the other ones.
Now I need to check out how to add the new weapons in that game. Right now I have no clue. Do you have an idea Kevin Quintaxel ariete ?

weapons not need to be indexed in objects or modobjects xml files, it's sufficent they're stored in the ../data/weapons folder then, each xml of the unit (infantry or vehicle or airplane) use that weapon, have to report the correct name of the weapon as is stored

I do not think to close would be good.
I found an issue.
If I add now objects, tanks, arty and so then I got the issue that not every object, tank, arty is possible to take on map editor. I got this 2 issue: 1. The object is not possibile to see in map editor 2. The object is possible to see in map editor but game crash if I select it
Any ideas? I checked all and all looks correctly in the modobjects.xml code.

Then it's probably because it's placed in a non-standard folder (e.g. Units/Technics/Finnish/tanks) and you are not using a general filter in the mapeditor. 2. That's because at least the 1.mod or the 1.xml file is missing in the units' folder.

You are right. I checked it now with many patience and found some wrong stuff. I fixed it and now work all great! I will try now the sound stuff and then check out the rest. Want the Ski Troops. They are really interesting.

I convert all "german" to "finland" in the .xml datas. Looks like there is still an issue. Anyone have an idea?
