Hello everyone, I just finished a little 1v1 map loosely based on what my hometown might have looked like in march of 1945, had it been touched by war. I didn't link any objective to both parties (GER vs GB) because I wanted some feedback/tips/criticism on the design first. Also, does anyone know if it is possible to enlarge an already existing map, or copy/paste what I made on a larger map? Now that is finished I wanted to include more of the town. Here's the minimap: Here's a screenshot of the entire map (some buildings appear as cut I don't know why) Here's the actual bzm file if you want to navigate/try it further: www.mediafire.com/file/4e737egwdwlzaor/tyrol.bzm/fileLet me know what you think! Love the forum!

Hi Edwin, Welcome. How to enlarge a map? See this thread enlarging-ready-map for a possible solution Thank you very much keepitsimple! I managed to transfer units and roads to a new (larger) map with that information. I can't quite understand how to transfer terrain tiles though, I'm stuck with this difference: versus I think it might have something to do with the first part of the xml code, but replacing this part entirely causes an error when opening the new (larger) map. Probably because now some of the new empty space lacks information which is given in the xml of the big map but not in the small one. Any tips on how to proceed?

When the map is zoomed in, the textures of the ground are not transferred. It is necessary to draw back. Only rivers, roads, objects, units are transferred.
