Is it possible to change the number of aircraft via scripting? For example, I set the number of CAS (ground attack planes) to 4 in the map editor, and if the player completes an objective, then he would get +4 CAS, so in total he would have 8 of them.

Unfortunately, no. Same counts for the interval time. I was thinking to lower that, so player could call 4 more planes within few seconds, but this is no solution either. What you maybe could do: create a third party which is your/player's ally and script attack planes of player 2 (where player 0 = you, player 1 = AI, player 2 = ally, player 3 = neutral). It's the best i can think of...

That's not a really an option for me, the goal would have been to give the player more planes that he could use later if he wants to. But anyways, thank you very much
