Rules of this board:
First of all, board is created for free discussion, chat, helping each-other etc. Not for political, racial, ethnic or any other discussion which can only end up in everyone having a bad day.
You have big freedom concerning the content of discussions as long as it's in the Blitzkrieg area and you are not breaking the rules. Therefore rules are as following.
1) Forum is maintained by Military Police.
You can see them glowing their Green colors. They are here to check, warn, stop any violation etc. Respect them.
a) Any problem with the Military Police let the Administrator know
b) No offensive talking with them. If you think you have been mistreated contact Administrator
c) Military Police is divided within the sections. For Serbian Section it's "Vojna Policija", for English it would be Military police etc. Each one has it's area of work and section to work with.
2) Locked topics cannot be re-started in some other topic.
If your topic is locked that means some important issue remains. Do not open new topic on the forum with same or similar content.
3) No Swastika.
Some of our members may come from a country where Swastika is prohibited. Therefore, be gentleman and avoid using it. If however you have content image that includes swastika make sure you cover it with color.
4) Do not insult.
You have opinion that differs from some other one? That's ok. You are presenting it in normal, civilized way - that's ok as well. But do not curse, swear, call names of entire living stock of Earth and in general, use bad language. That will not be tolerated.
5) No Spam.
Spam will not be allowed. When you are making a post, make it consistent and actually say something with it.
a) Please do not follow up a post with no replies with several others. Use the Edit button to add new text to your last post in the relevant topic.
6) No politics.
Posts with racist, sexist, vulgar, Nazi or other harmful remarks are prohibited. It should be noted that violations of criminal laws on the Internet are subject to prosecution and may be reported to the police.
7) No cracks.
Everything that has anything remotely to do with the illegal copying of copyrighted software, has no place in this forum and nothing will lead to immediate banning.
8) Use Private Messages
If you have something to say that's not quite or at all for public view use Private Messaging system.
9) Banned people
The last resort for breaking the rules and giving everyone a hard day is banning. Warning is the first, direct warning second, ban the last one. Make sure you don't get into the situation like that as any conflict can be settled up without causing too much trouble. Contact me to settle everything up.
