I wanted to play my BK (Anthology) and ran into a problem. The error message says it is a game exe. The little box I check says the "Error Signature" App name: game exe App ver:1.2.0.0 Mod name: streamio.dll Mod ver:1.2.0.0 Offset:000018fb
Pardon me if this is not exactly as it appears, I think it's pretty close, I was not able to cut & paste for some reason. Any ideas, what this is and how to fix it?

A bit of information about the PC you are using would be useful

I see... Maybe your installation is too heavy for the amount of RAM you have onboard. Try a clean installation and, if it works, add others elements one by one and keep trying.

First of all update your direct X drivers with SDK version, then update video drivers .. did you install game in different folder like I said? You have enough ram for this game.

No I did not reinstall into different folder. I did put a clean install, seems to be working. Like I said earlier, my PC is a dinosaur, I looked for & found that I already have the latest updates for my drivers. As to the Direct X drivers, where do I get those? I was going to look at CNET? I thought I had the latest for those too. Last thing, I seem to have caught a "virus" or something on my pc. I am wondering if that is having an affect? Because my pc is not "behaving" as it normally does anyway. I have had this game for years and never had a problem, at least not like this.

Thanks for the help guy's, I am already working on the virus issue, Spybot helps, but AVG is doing better, for some odd reason.I have had Malware & did not like. I was always having to update and it never found anything.

Ok now I have everything up & running again, with no real/ serious problems. Just one annoying thing. I reinstalled the ROK mod, I was playing said mod. I then went back to regular BK. I still have the ROK "screens", even though I am playing regular BK.
