Even if the health bar don't bother me i'd tend to agree with you, in SP we can use the Pause to check ammo and health, maybe it could be problematic for some multiplayers, but i know a friend who plays often in MP and for wherein removing the health bar is a long wish, undoubtedly it will add a big dose of realism.
