why do you convert dds. file? Use Gimp or Paint.Net its got dds plug in. But again if You convert to JPEG it will loose transparency ..so make sure that propeller area looks something like this in pic below  |

I am having the same problem in Win 10 - Hi res not displaying in BH/RT. None of the suggested fixes worked for me either. The BK_Anthology_Fix_High_texture ran correctly, thefiles are all there but no joy! Looks like changing the individual file names is the only solution. The python script could be a god send - thanks Togu - I use lots of custom skins!

 It turns out that neither the 1.0.0.17 nor the 2.1.0.30 Anthology versions can be fixed by changing the config file. My solution was to get an early version 1.0.0.0 and use the fix. I had to copy loads of update files from one of the later versions to have the service pack, Iron Division etc. Were do I get all these versions from you might ask! Anyway I now have a fully funtioning hi res using version.
