Hi
I played Blitzkrieg a few years ago and then I used Road to Victory.
What mod could be suitable difficulty if you want get back to Blitzkrieg playing a German campaign or German missions?
The mods/campaigns I'm interested in is for example: Achtung Panzer CFCS Mod Frankreich '40 GZM Heeresgruppe Heimatfront PanzerWaffen
Suggestions highly appreciated.
Cheers

Achtung Panzer is simple vanilla gameplay, easy to install and has a moderate level of difficulty which is slowly increasing once you advance in the campaign! While being simple and easy, its still of very good quality and doesnt get boring easily.
All the other mods you listed are either diffcult to install (GZM), completely new gameplay (CFCS, Frankreich 40) or its hard to find maps for them at all (particularly PzWfn).
Notice that Achtung Panzer is not an actual mod but just a campaign for vanilla however. There are no gameplay or graphic Changes.

Achtung Panzers would be my first choice too, but as Stan said, is not a mod, just a new campaign. Is good to add some visual changes to play with it, I'd suggest tastypooh effects (Ambiet Mod or Ambient death), Randell ground skins and Squire James aviation skins. Once you prefer to play with Germans my second pick is Heimatfront or Operation Hagelsturm, both have some of the most classics chapters and maps made by the legendary Mr.Frost. Panzerwaffen is good, but most chapters are dedicated to the soviet side, blame on a mediocre mapper who made several works to this mod About the most recent mods: Frankreich '40 have several maps to German side but not one single chapter campaign, the gamplay is very close to MK, so I dont is what you have in mind. GZM is, IMO, the best mod, is more dedicated to the soviet side, still there is at least 2 or 3 campaigns or chapter to the German side. However is too heavy and meaby a little complex to install for a rookie. Heeresgruppe is probably one of the most innovative mods made, it have very challenging chapters, but it can be frustrating too because the missions are really hard. CFCS Mod I still didnt try.

I'm currently playing 'Achtung Panzer'. My experience in playing BK is only a fraction of the other community members above but IMO starting with "Acthung Panzer" is the right thing to do.

Achtung Panzer has some texture, skin and other modifications, so I would call it a mod. Even the patch has some modifications. Definitely worth playing!
Download for Operation North can be found here
