Someone mirrored the 'Blitzkrieg Map Shop" but I can't remember who it was. The Map Shop was the work of Boltz, a humble, gentle and hardworking member of the Blitzkrieg community with whom I enjoyed numerous private conversations about scripting and modding. He managed to keep his site going for years after was no longer able to maintain it. I miss Boltz and now I will have to do without his site too

Yes, In the past Boltz threatened to pull the plug on his website on a couple of occasions after slowing down on maintenance but it would seem it was done for him in the end.
If it's any consolation there is always Wayback Machine for reference but alas most of the download links will no longer work especially the Legacy of Blitzkrieg Index.

I wish i had your confidence in our content arieteIn fact, the majority of the content that was just lost on the Legacy site was of a higher quality than a lot of the maps we release nowadays. Its just hours of work from talented people lost forever. Its not only maps but also tutorials, mods, skins etc. Blitzkrieg.be is also down, so there is no website to download maps from because this forum does not have a substantial amount of download links. Any news from kaoz regarding the reupload of the content? Its now needed even more than ever.

So freaking sad!
So much will be lost forever. All that stuff from BKP(what a grand time it was).
I guess we are the last of all the bands of brothers, except the Russians that still play.

I checked some links and it seems that Boltz Onedrive is still online. This makes it possible to retrieve files but it requires time and effort. See test below.

The Blitzkrieg Map Shop/Legacy of Blitzkrieg was always the first port of call for many people. And yes! whilst much of the content was old it was vast and of excellent quality. Where else today can you find conveniently placed and organised downloads with great information without having to slog through hundreds of pages on forums or to look at file upload services without knowing more about that file or who made it. If there is such a place today then someone please enlighten me.
But of course one has to admit that nothing is forever......Sigh.

Any news from kaoz regarding the reupload of the content? Its now needed even more than ever. Stan, you will need to be patient. The site is down, because someone or something (software) has managed to reset the sql database back to 2016. Probably a Cerber virus variant, but I can't tell for sure because my host doesn't offer a logical explanation.
Four years of hard work has been lost in just seconds. I will provide a new site with the tutorials, that's easy to achieve, but I'm having serious doubts to upload all the maps and mods again. I'm pretty fed up with the server attacks. All the time invested seems to have been for nothing in the end. At this moment, I'm having a very hard time finding the will to rebuild it again. I miss the nineties where the internet was a cool place with people sharing and respecting each other. Today it has become a garbage bin of people (and their software) that need to benefit from destroying other people's work, ripping off other people, sh*tting on other people and don't grant anyone anything else. I'm not frustrated... I'm simply very disappointed.
Maybe one day I might resurrect the site, but it won't be anywhere in the near future, I'm afraid. My apologies for that, but that's the way it is.

That is really sad to hear. I loved the huge amount of maps your site provided. Maybe you can upload all the maps in a big rar file to mediafire or another one of these upload sites so we can at least have the content? I would be a shame if the work of houndreds of BK mappers would fade out of existence!
