Aiming time

I have a short question.



I want to change something on my mod to have a better atmosphare. My request is that I wonder that is possible (or not) to change the aiming time of each side.



What I want is that if the player plays Finland, then should have these troops better aiming time but NOT if the player plays as russia. So the AI have no benefits with that. Just the player. Is that possible to change is somewhere?

sure, you have to edit the xml file of the single finnish soldier you would go to change values.
about what values to change, i dont know, check for 'reload time' or somethig similar.
