Tonight is the Orthodox New Year! The Orthodox New Year, also known as the Old New Year, according to the Julian calendar is on January 14 in the Gregorian calendar. The Julian calendar pre-dates the Gregorian calendar. It is widely celebrated in Serbia so I wish you all happy Old New Year!

Our church never accepted the new calendar.
So basically, we have two New Years. And it's awesome!
I hope it remains like that.
