It's for the original. Which map do you have a problem with?

how can it happen that that black white square is in my reseditor when i linked the map is that a bug or.. in most cases, this is because you havent select the right path in the ResEditor to your map. in ResEditor, look for final map and browse to select your map from the list.
the problem might also be that you havent copied an existing mip-file to load your map into the ResEditor.
i am currently working on a tutorial for this...

i am starting to think this is rocket science i mean evrything is going wrong now. strangely enough it always connects at bh/rt.. but it must be in the complete/scenarios/missions/borderoffensive folder or something like that.. thats where its going wrong i think but i cant change it.. on a strange reason

You can send it again to me if you want. I'll try to see what's the problem.

Maybe this can help you?
Leon wrote this on BKHQ:
Although editing a maps 1.xml has become commonplace I once had terrible trouble getting the Resource Editor to work for me.
I experimented until I was able to post this which may help a few new mappers.
1. Create the following directory path: (if its not there something is wrong)
Blitzkrieg\run\maps -- This is where you will automatically save yor .bzm (map) and your .lua (script)
2. Set up your map and create the .lua file. I recommend using SciTe editor for the .lua file.
3.Ensure that your map and script are linked and saved (using Mapeditor)
4. Create the path: Blitzkrieg\run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name
5. Create ALL the text files associated with the map. This is the Header.txt, subheader.txt, Description.txt, 0.txt, 0h.txt (as many as there are objectives) and save them to: Blitzkrieg\run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name
6. Open Reseditor.
7. Go File>Mod Settings and change the path to read: Blitzkrieg\run\mods\mymod\
8. Go Tools>Set Directory and ensure it is: Blitzkrieg\run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name
9. Go File>New Project and go Blitzkrieg\run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name and save a file called current.mip there.
10. Top left there is a tab called Basic info. Click on it and do all that is necessary there (a note here that is you HAVE to have at least 1 combat music and 1 explore music set) I am not going to explain that bit as it should be obvious if you have reached this far)
11. Do the same (insert) under objectives.
12. Click the little icon that looks like a small map above the window you are working in. If all is correct so far a top shot view of your map will appear in the right hand pane.
13. Click on 1st objective, move the blue X to its position and then select the correct objective header in the Properties pane. Repeat as necessary.
14. SAVE the project at this stage just to be safe.
UP TO HERE YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE GOTTEN AN ERROR MESSAGE.
15. Go File>Export Results. YOU WILL BE PRESENTED WITH A MESSAGE STATING:
Blitzkrieg Resource Editor Error: Can not find config file gamma.cfg Possibly you need to change source directory, or create config file for such types of projects. Do you want to create default config file for this composer module? OK Cancel
DO NOT PANIC. This is normal although no-one seems to know why.
16. Click OK.
17. You are presented with a box requesting the Export File name. Click Cancel.
18. Click Cancel
19. Minimise ResEditor.
20. Open Explorer and navigate to: Blitzkrieg\Run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name\scenarios
Yes there is another directory called scenarios now.
21. Cut the gamma.cfg file and move it UP 1 directory so it is with the .txt files, current.mip etc.
22. DELETE the newly created scenarios subdir.
23. Close (or minimise) Explorer
24. Now again go: File>Export Results (you should not get the error message) ensuring the path is Blitzkrieg\Run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name\1.xml
25. Save your project again. It costs nothing.
26. Close ResEditor.
27. Open Explorer and go: Blitzkrieg\Run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios\custom\missions\your_map_name and you will se a newly created 1.xml file.
JIPEEEEEEEE!
28. Now move up to: Blitzkrieg\Run\mods\mymod\data\scenarios
29. Copy this folder (with everything in it).
30. Navigate to your desktop.
31. Past your folder there.
32. Open the folder and move right down the line to the last directory where everything is.
33. Delete the current.mip, any *.dds files and backup.tmp. All that should be left is Header.txt,Subheader.txt, Description.txt, 0.txt 0h.txt (as many as there should be) and obviously 1.xml. Close this folder.
34. Navigate to : Blitzkrieg\Run\data\maps
35. Copy the folder.
36. Move to your desktop and past the map folder there.
37. Right click on your desktop and create a new .zip file.
38. Drag and drop the maps folder into this new .zip file.
39. Do the same for the scenarios folder.
40. I then rename the .zip file to .pak and copy it to the Blitzkrieg\Run\data directory.
41. Close EVERYTHING and launch Blitzkrieg.
42. Go to Custom Missions and your map should be displayed there.
43. Enjoy your hard work.
Thanks to Wespex for assisting in this experience. His patience is greatly appreciated
Alternative way:
1. Copy someone elses 1.xml file. 2. Open your map in the map editor. 3. Create the mini map 4.Open the mapname_large.tga file (found in the maps folder) with something like Paint Shop Pro. 5. Resize the map to 512x512 6. Move the cursor to the spot on the map where you want the arrow to be. 7. Write down the co-ordinates (normally at the bottom left of the screen). Remember it must be below 512. If the co-ords are higher that 512 you are doing something wrong. 8. Now edit the paths in the 1.xml you copied to reflect the amount of objectives making sure the objectives have both a ?.txt and a ?h.txt Also fill in the co-ords correctly under the x and y settings. Be sure not to * up the " 9. Save the xml file and pray it works.

He, he, he...
Not Internet explorer, but Windows Exolorer.
If you want to use night, commandos and objects from another games, you must create a mod folder.
