Hello everyone
Thank you for your answers. I already have the BK resources. But my goal is to modify the features of some existing buildings or create and added to the mods. for example, to make port points more reliable when there are two ports to prevent units from going around the building and being killed when there is a sheltered entry of stir. I would also like to add firing positions on the windows or to vary giving care to some people. etc. But it seems impossible without having the source files. and even with it you have to start all over again.

...for example, to make port points more reliable when there are two ports to prevent units from going around the building and being killed when there is a sheltered entry of stir. I would also like to add firing positions on the windows or to vary giving care to some people. etc. Setting entry points and firing points (and more) are explained in chapter 3 building it all together with the ResEditor within the tutorial. Not sure what you mean here, but I suggest you are trying to change parameters without having loaded any current.bld file.
Go to (explore) the building folders of the Resource Kit. Pick a building that more or less matches your idea. COPY this building folder to another working spot on your preferred drive. You don't want to edit and overwrite the originals... Then, from within the ResEditor, go to File and Open Project. Now browse to your copied folder and load the current.bld into the editor.
The tga files in the copied folder can be edited graphically in Gimp/Photoshop before you use the ResEditor and set the building's parameters. Mind that the various tga files contain shadows, ruins, ground, winter, etc. and you'll need a lot of time to go through all these. Please read tutorial, every detail is explained.

Hello
Thank you for your reply. I know all that, but I was looking for a simpler way to get to the result I want. at first sight it is not possible.I do not have time to perform all these manipulations. Sorry for the more or less legible text but I use the Google translator. It's very nice to have answered. thank you
