I've been browsing through the files and it looks like this engine has the Lua math library included! Probably other Lua Libraries too. This is what I have been looking for all this time and it I it was under my nose. Since 2005! There are also a new BK functions that could dramatically increase the scripting power and the AI. This would make the current BK engine totally obsolete

Yes there is a T-34 mod you can find here a forum dedicated to it. There was also a mod named TDA_CMC_Units_MOD_v3 by JackCola1964 you can find it here on BK Mapshop, the link will send you to a Yahoo japanese webpage you will see a blue arrow in the left corner just behind the name of the mod, click on it to download the file. Maybe some other mods exists so if someone knows some others please let us know Edit : Thanks Grot I didn't know this one. Scyooff, did you ever install this T-34 mod ?

No but i know that it must be installed in the data folder, you don't have to create a mods folder, then you must have CMC patched to 1.2, if you don't have the 1.2 patch i had uploaded it here. Here's a google online translator part of the read me file : Original text :

I installed "Cuban Missile Crisis" but I do not see an option to turn the "Health Bars" on <Or on <Off> unless this is part of the difficulty settings. The are 4 dificulty settings of which one "deadly" makes it impossible to save a game in the course of a mission. Maybe this also removes the health bar. I also got the editor working. I have not yet figured out how the turned based part of the game works.

But I am outhanded now for not having the game in my reach. I do remember the set up of the game was different in tactical order? More steps before you get to the gameplay itself? My memory is not that good now, this prevented me from making mod attemps for this game. But I think many answers can be found nevertheless...

The turn based tactical part looks quite complex compared to the Blitzkrieg standard campaign mode but maybe it could open new possibilities. The main menu lacks the sub menus for custom games (mission, chapter and campaigns) but this seems logical because of the setup of the game, being a combination of Turn based strategy and RTS. A single map does not fit in this approach. My first impression is that this game has potential to be modded to BK. Anyway IMO more complex games will make it more difficult to make mods.

I like Blitzkrieg as it is: Simple as legos, but with the potential to create masterpieces.
Oh, if only I could understand how some of the mechanics function....it would be perfect.
