I doubt that the switch for turning on/off the green health bar is coded in the Engine itself (game.exe). Maybe we should look in the gamett.dll file. Did anyone take look inside the game.exe ?

I do not have Cuba crisis installed so I cannot check the version of the game.exe. I see if I can find time to do this in the WE. I also have the original version of BK2 but this game is protected with 'Starforce' and I have had a bad experience with this copy protection. It gave me nothing but trouble. That's Why I do not want to install it.
The version of a game.exe can be found in the game.exe itself but I'm not sure if Nival updated the version info after each change they made.

Looked for an hour in the gamett.dll file, but I'm not sure where to look for. 'health' 'Bar'or variations do not come up with results.
Me neither can check on Cuba Crisis; I took only Anthology with me to Russia :/

There is a reference to the icon mechhp_h.dds and mechhpmp_h.dds files but so far that's all I found.

I'm thinking out loud here so forgive me if this sounds stupid.  Attempts have been made to upgrade/improve the BK engine. but did somebody ever consider to work the other way around, so make a Blitzkrieg mod for the game "Cuban Missile Crisis"?  |

Yes there is a T-34 mod you can find here a forum dedicated to it. There was also a mod named TDA_CMC_Units_MOD_v3 by JackCola1964 you can find it here on BK Mapshop, the link will send you to a Yahoo japanese webpage you will see a blue arrow in the left corner just behind the name of the mod, click on it to download the file. GROT  This is what I was looking for ! From the game manual I learned that Cuba Missile Crisis has at least some features that adds an extra dimension to the game, like fuel consumption but I did not read that the healthbar can be turned of. I'll see once I have installed it.
