Well, could be interesting.
As far as I know, nobody developed anything about Iran-Iraq war.

Certainly theme interesting. Can that nibud' for me and will turn out.
The greatest problem is creation (repainting) of infantry and objects for this purpose.

I was working on one a long time ago - however that was back when there were too few models and too few modern buildings fititng into a Middle Eastern (and urban) landscape. I remember using standard Soviet TDA soldiers (as Iraq did use greenish camouflage uniforms - but there were a lot of combinations). Iran was until 1979 supplied by the US, so I guess modified BK U.S. sprites would work for them.
