dragonwolf, regarding your unit improvements (I know, late answer, but whatever).
As far as camo goes, it works in conjuction with the 'sight' and 'sightpower' parameters of every unit, you need to keep that in mind when adjusting its value. For example, you have your crack soldier with 55 camo, but another (enemy) soldier has very low sightpower and reasonable sight (the lower it is, the easiest to spot targets). The oppsite can happen too, your crack troop being almost invisible to another unit with high sightpower.
Speed. From my tests, walkspeed and crawlspeed do nothing, no matter how you change them. There is only the 'Speed' parameter. Then there is the 'Speedbonus' parameter, located in the squad's xml. file, for every formation. For example, you give a soldier 5 speed. In normal formation, the speedbonus is set to 1, so the soldier walks with (speed)x(speedbonus) = 5x1 = 5 speed. But the speed bonus in - say - aggressive stance is set to 2, so he moves with 5x2 = 10 speed.
Just two things to keep in mind, if you intend to do an overhaul.

Thanks Herr.
That will save me a lot of work from now on.
So, since I'm keeping everyone's sightpower the same as BK, do you think 55 is too high?
What increments do you recommend to show improvement in camo?
Ciao, John

Well, they're in my mod but I'm actually releasing my individual unit types in .pak files. That way you just need to add them to your BK or mod data folder and modobjects.xml file. And with 7-zip you can go directly into the .pak file and make individual changes if you wish.
Here is what will be available this evening:
1. Fallschirmjager 2. Grossdeutschland 3. U.S.M.C. These will be available at a later date: 4. Updates to the original BK squads and units. 5. U.S. Rangers 6. British S.A.S. 7. L.R.D.G. 8. D.A.K. 9. Waffen-S.S. . . . and I'll continue on from there with the Poles, Aussies, French, Italians, etc., creating elite, crack, veteran, and normal units for each, if so deserved. The U.S.S.R. will also have conscripts for early war use.
I have many of them already finished but it's just a matter of putting each into a .pak file and uploading them. I'll also include a modobjects.xml file to copy into your own.
Ciao, John

Next up will be my Waffen-SS.
I'm also updating the modobjects.xml file as I add more units.
Check out my Grossdeutschland and USMC units and tell me what you think.
Thanks.
Ciao, John

@ dragonwolf I wish I could just give you a formula regarding sight/sightpower and camo, but I couldn't 'create' one, no matter what I tried. I will, however, tell you how I adjust mine (and easy, but time consuming way). You may want to open the images in different tabs though, as the are kinda big. First, I create a map like this: In game: The panzer has its sight set at 120(!), and its sightpower at 3. Take a look at the folowing picture. The panzer detects the camouflaged infantry man (camo set at 50) at only 20 range. However, let's run the same test with another soldier (sight:70, sightpower:0,7). The infantryman has a huge sight disadvantage over the tank (check the minimap), but better detection (sees the bad guy at 50 instead of 20 range). Hope that helps, even a little.

Thanks, Herr. Understood.
I really need some new skins for my marines. Anyone have some decent skins I can use?
