feldgrau: Ich hatte den Brunnen nicht gesehen. Danke. (I hadn't the noticed the well) @espwittmann: Thanks for the compliment my friend. I do my best but it isn't always easy. It's sometimes makes me feel like I'm writing subtitles for a movie I have not seen. I publish the update including mission 5 tomorrow.

UPDATE: Completed mission 4. First things first, a word of advice, this mission is harder than the last one. Now on the action report: So while I regrouped my forces, Poles managed to blow railway bridge up. I was lucky however, because I already posessed a crossing in the south and because engineer truck decided to drive straight up to my Pz. III. It didn't end well for them. Since this enemy action made my assault plan useless, I decided to abandon the original plan. In case I haven't mentioned it before my logic was that the enemy is weakest in the south, just like me. Therefore if I created a bridgehead there and If i succeeded to create a bridgehead in the center I could link up my forces and encircle the enemy + after that it would be easy to take the base. That battle plan didn't survive it's contact with the enemy. New plan called for tanks and infantry, backed by arty and a lone Do-17 (stukas were lost earlier) to assault and take the northernmost bridge. This was successful, albeit I lost most of my tanks due to a well placed polish arty. Luckily i've received reinforcements in tanks. I've had 6 of them left at this point (1 Pz.III and 1 Pz.IV other's were useless against enemy tanks). With those reinforcements, i've decided to destroy the enemy arty, which had a fairly good AA cover. Therefore the only thing possible to do was to bring my arty in range. This on the other hand required me to move my arty near the second bridge in the north (note, not an objective bridge). This move was successful and after that enemy arty was no more. All that was left was to take the base. Northern direction was chosen, mostly because I didn't want to take anymore needles losses. I attacked with infantry first, followed by tanks. Ironically both tanks and infantry were decimated. By this point 3 squads remained and a single Pz. IV. Luckily no counterattacks happened and i've also received some infatry reinforcements. Second attack was more successful, with arty support i've rushed my units into the base. After a short fight objective was taken. Overall nice mission. However i've noticed some bugs, objective arrows are not placed correctly for central bridges and the base. I'll continue after Quintaxel does his translation for mission 5.

Quin, are these language paks cumulative or do we need all of them separately except for the first that didn't have the lua?
Thanks so much for this work!

The paks are cumulative, so you will have to dowload the latest update. Your correct, previous version did not have the Lua files included. My mistake . I had a bit of trouble with my computer. Current update includes translation for the 5 missions. I should have mission 6 translated by tomorrow. And Atlas555......your welcome.

Started mission 5. Please note that due to some other work which caught up with me I couldn't play very long. Therefore full report will be done tomorrow.
In any case, after watching an airstrike on retreating enemy units, my own troops arrived. A small infantry battle group. Objective was to rescue some civilians, in a nearby ruins. So I moved my snipers first, across the bridge and started taking out scattered opposition.
After this remainder of troops crossed and cleared a village. I continued the advance to the ruins and destroyed an enemy unit there. Officer was brought in and civilians were placed under my command. I moved my battle group back and sure enough enemy attacked me near the bridge. A single squad was sacrificed, while the remainder made it back.
After a short congratulations message, fresh forces arrived. I am supposed to take two bridges, from both sides. Seeing that my southern group had fewer tanks and arty I've decided to probe the enemy positions on the left. Resistance was heavy. Luckily 3 things aided my advance. First air support, Stukas were very valuable in destroying enemy trucks and infantry. Second thin was mortars, which were used to suppress AA defenses. Third thing was and armored car, which attacked the bunkers and buildings, while my infantry flanked.
After the village was cleared for second time, i've received considerable arty and tank reinforcements from the south. These forces (which included a battery of 150mm howitzers) were used to attack a railway station. This time however I've encountered very little resistance and advanced very near the bridge.
I decided to call it a day. One thing puzzles me, if I received reinforcements of this size, that can only mean there will be a major counterattack later in the mission.
