My source says they were made in Blythe Bridge, but I recall reading somewhere that they were also manufactured in northern India.

Tricky one Operation Riviera was the meeting of Winston Churchill and Franklin D. Roosevelt, which was later to be known as the Atlantic Conference. The involved ships were HMS Prince of Wales and the USS Augusta. It took place in 14.08.1941 in Ship Harbour in Newfoundland.
