Hi fellow Blitzers, I found these on a drive in my old computer..they date from 2009 link to 3 maps for Panzerkrieg translated from French to English 1drv.ms/1twqojk I could find no credits for these maps so if they are yours please speak up Thanks to all for these maps Hi, the three maps were made by Aleksej Fon Grozni, also known here as Aleksandar our Admin  but there were in english before being translated into french, here are the Single missions for PK Crimea1941 by Steelwedge all the others are by AFG And two chapters Diary of a british officer by AFG There was also a patch v1.1 for PK maybe this could solve your problem  Medal for Budapest by Nival but the texts are in german, there are english texts for this chapter in the Anthology version if you don't have it i can send it to you  The belgium war by Dany originaly released in english, link because it's always better to have the original. I strongly encourage you to ask me if i have an english version of the map before starting a translation, i have really many many maps, chapters and mods, so don't hesitate, normally i will be able to answer you in the 24hours following your request. |

ScyooffShould have known to ask you first... so the link you gave are all maps for PK and are in English other than the Diary of a British Officer and medal for Budapest which are in german. I have the English version of Medal for Budapest but if I understand you correctly no English version for Diary of British officer. Well now I know what AFG stands for..I'll amend my post accordingly. Have you run or played the ""Diary ....."" chapter because it just won't start for me...gets to the intro but when I go to begin the scenario it CTD. Thanks for your help and for clicking your mouse.

Only Medal for Budapest is in german, let me 5 minutes and i tell you if i can launch the chapter, don't forget to install the patch 1.1 for PK. Edit : same thing for me Back to desktop when i try to launch the first mission, maybe Aleksandar can tell us what we're missing ? |

ScyooffOk scyooff....you first.....  Do have an English translation for a 3 map chapter called ""[BKHF] Heutegewald1944 de.pak"" .. it looks like Hurtgen forest map but played from the German side. thanks Note: I know I should ask you first it's just that I hate to keep bothering you....

What type of music do you like??? ALL with some preferences for Rock, Punk, Metal, Classic, Blues i like Electronic music too, Bob Marley, one Rap french band, in fact my tastes are very eclectic, i'm drummer so any songs where there's a good drum part please me |

On Caucasus, Longfellow, I opened the lua file. There's a lot o remarks in German, but mostly to identify script sections. I think we only need to translate those Display Traces, between "...", right? If so, its done.

Now you have got me there about what to translate but I'll run the map and see what happens..... you did well my friend. Now how brave do you feel??? Over the next couple of days or so why don't you try translating ( if you would like to) the text files..in your your spare time of course... just remember to save each one of them as you go through them. No problem if you don't wish to do this.. just asking. Cheers and thanks for your help. |

You're totally right sir do you have this map in English [MK]NowoBuda 1944 by daniel89 and Leon.pak from around 2009 Of course this mission make part of a 6 missions series for MK1.4+Winter textures all by daniel89 and Leon. I saw on some website that there were for IF when they were released separatly, so a verification is needed. The english versions are here, there's also in the folder a Tscherkassy1944.pak file which include all these single missions, the missions in this .pak file are in german, but there are the latest versions of the 6 missions so checking if the texts are modified or not would be a good idea |

Scyooff You need to change the encoding my friend.... open Notepad++, click encoding and change it to"" Encode in UCS-2 Little Endian"" and make sure you have Chinese and Japanese character sets installed. That's what worked for me but as Mascarenhas2 said it worked right out of the box when I installed it. Thanks for your answer guys i hadn't installed the Chinese and Japanese characters when i had installed Windows, this is why it works for cyrillic but not for chinese characters, many thanks . |
